Associate Employees – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to associate employees to a work group. A work group is defined as the basic unit for carrying out maintenance activities in an organization. A work group comprises employees, tools and other resources for carrying out the maintenance work. Employees, identified by a unique code in the “Employee Personal Information” business component of “Ramco Human Resources Management Solution” are associated to a work group in this activity.

What you can do in this activity

Associate employees to the work group

An employee, who is identified by a unique code in the “Employee Personal Information” business component of “Ramco Human Resources Management Solution”, is associated to the work group for carrying out maintenance activities pertaining to the work group.

Select the work group to which employees must be associated, in the “Select Work Group” page.
Use the “Associate Employees To Work Group” page to associate employees to the work group.
