This page allows you to select the ‘Other resource’ to be modified and view its details before modification. If you know the exact other resource code you can directly enter it. Otherwise you can carry out a search based on the other resource code, status and description. The details of the selected other resource such as the resource code, status and description are displayed in the multiline.
Select the “Edit Other Resource” link under the “Work Group” business component.
The “Select Other Resource” page appears.
Enter the following field, if you know the exact resource to be modified:

Other Res. Code |
The code identifying the other resource (Alphanumeric, 30). |
Select the "Edit Other Resource” link provided alongside, to modify the other resource information.
To search for a resource
Enter the following filter criteria to search for a resource other than employees, skills and tools. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Other Res. Code |
The other resource to be modified (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the other resource code in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the other resource codes, which contain values similar to the values entered here. |

Desc. |
The textual description of the other resource (Alphanumeric, 80). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the other resources, whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the other resource to be modified. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve all other resources irrespective of their status. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

The status of the other resource which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Click the hyperlinked other resource in the multiline to edit its details.
