Using On Line Help

This page allows you to view the details of employees associated to the work group selected in the “Select Work Group” page. The system also allows you to directly enter a work group other than the work group selected in the main page and view the employees associated to it.

The “View Work Group” page appears.

Work Group

The work group for which the details must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30).

 

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the description, type, status, planning group along with the employees who are associated to the work group.

 

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following fields:

Status

The status of the work group, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Planning Group

The planning group responsible for planning the activities of the work group.

 

The description of the planning group is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available.

Type

The type of the work group.

Group Leader

The employee identified as the group leader for the work group.

The system displays the following fields in the “Employees” multiline:

Employee

The code of the employee belonging to the work group.

Name

The name of the employee.

Primary Skill

The primary skill of the employee as defined in the “Define Employee” activity of the “Resources” business component.

Remarks

Any additional information about the association of the employee to the work group.

The system displays the following details in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the work group.

Created Date

The date and time at which the work group was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who has associated employees to the work group.

Last Modified Date

The date and time at which the employees have been associated to the work group.
