Help On Work Order Items

In this screen, you can select the work order items by carrying out a search based on filter criteria such as the work order no from, work order number to, workgroup name, work order starting and ending date, warehouse name, item code, variant and item variant description.

Click on the lens icon positioned next to the “Work Order” group box:

The “Help On Work Order Items” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Work Order No From	Enter the starting work order no to be retrieved.
Work Order No To	Enter the ending work order to be retrieved.
Work Group	Enter the work group name.
Work Order Date From	Enter the work order starting date.
Work Order Date To	Enter the work order ending date.
Warehouse	Enter the warehouse name.
Item Code	Enter the code identifying the item.
Variant	Enter the variant.
Item Variant Desc	Enter the descriptive information of item variant.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.

The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered.

The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline:-

Work Order	Displays the work order name.
Description	Displays the descriptive information of the work order.
Eqp/Loc Code	Displays the equipment or location code of the work order.
Description	Displays the descriptive information of the equipment or location code.
Item Code	Displays the code identifying the item.
Variant	Displays the variant.
Description	Displays the descriptive information of the item code.
Required Qty	Displays the required quantity.
UOM	Displays the unit of measure.
WareHouse	Displays the warehouse name.
WO Status	Displays the status of the work order.
Work Group	Displays the work group name.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the work order items.
Click the “Ok” pushbutton to transfer the selected details to the main screen.
