Set Function Parameters – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to define the default settings for the various fields in the activities belonging to the “Work Order” business component. The following settings can be defined in this activity:

• You can specify the costing method that will be utilized for calculating the cost of stock deliverables.

• You can specify whether the actual spare parts that were utilized during equipment maintenance must be updated to the equipment spare parts list, on closure of work order.

• You can select the finance book ID that will be utilized for generating the account code for the work order.
