In this page, you can specify the work requests based on which the work order is created. Tell me more.

The “References” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

WO

The work order for which reference documents have to be specified.

Date

The date on which the work order was created.

Desc.

The description of the work order.

 

Zoom facility available

WO Status

The status of the work order.

WO On

The maintainable object on which the work order is created, which can be “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The identifier of the equipment or location on which the work order is raised.

 

The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order.

Total Est. Cost

The total estimated cost of the work order.

The system retrieves in the “Work Requests” multiline, the work request documents based on which the work order is raised. You can add more work request documents to the work order or delete the existing documents from it.

Work Request

The work request based on which the work order is raised (Alphanumeric, 18). This field cannot be modified. Ensure that the work request has already been defined in the “Create Work Request” activity of the “Work Request” business component and is in the “Approved” status. Also ensure that the work request is unique to the multiline.

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the “Description”, “Date” and “Time” fields in the multiline.

The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Desc.

The description of the work request.

Date

The date on which the work request was created.

Time

The time at which the work request was created.

The system displays the following fields in the “Other References” multiline:

Doc. Type

The type of the document based on which the work order was created. The type can be “Maint. Plan”, “PM”, “Inspec. Order” and “Calib. Order”.

No.

The number of the reference document based on which the work order is raised.

Desc.

The description of the reference document.

Date

The date on which the reference document was created.

Time

The time at which the reference document was created.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box.

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the work order.

Created Date

The date and time at which the work order was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the work order.

Last Modified Date

Entering the reference documents for the work order – An overview

Edit Work Order - A summary of the activity

In this page, you can specify the work requests based on which the work order is created. You can also view the other reference documents based on which the work order was created. The other reference documents can be preventive maintenance  schedule , an inspection order, work log, maintenance plan or a calibration order. For more details regarding the reference documents, refer to the topic, “Edit Work Order – A summary of the activity”. A single work order can refer to more than one reference document.
