Edit Work Order – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to modify the details of the work order that is already defined. You can modify a work order that is created in the “Create WO” activity or a work order that is automatically created with reference to work request, work log, preventive maintenance, inspection order, maintenance planning and calibration order. The system allows you to modify a work order only when it is in the “Fresh” or “Waitappr” status.

Edit a work order

You can edit a work order in this activity.

• Select the work order to be edited in the “Select Work Order” page.

• Use the “Edit Work Order” page to edit the work order.

• Use the “WO – Skill Requirement” page to specify the labor requirements for the work order.

Specify the spare part requirements

You can specify the details of spare parts that are required for carrying out the work order.

Specify the tool requirements

You can specify the details of tools that are required for carrying out the work order.

Specify the service requirements

You can specify the details of service that is required for carrying out the work order.
