Secondary Equipment / Locations
This page allows you to view the secondary equipment or locations on which work must be performed as a part of the work order. Details such as the equipment or location on which work must be performed and any additional information are displayed.
Select the “Secondary Equipment / Locations” link from the bottom of the “View Work Order” page.
The “Secondary Equipment / Locations” page appears.

The description of the work order. |

The status of the work order. |
WO On |
The maintainable object on which the work order is created, which can be “Equipment” or “Location”. |
Code |
The identifier of the equipment or location on which the work order is raised. |
The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside. |

Work Group |
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order. |
Total Est. Cost |
The total estimated cost of the work order. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Eqp./Loc.” multiline:
Eqp. / Loc. ? |
Indicates whether the maintainable object is “Equipment” or “Location”. |
Code |
The equipment or location on which work must be carried out as a part of the work order. |
Desc. |
The description of the equipment or location. |
Notes |
Any additional information about the equipment or location being specified for the work order. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:
Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the work order. |
Created Date |
The date and time at which the work order was created. |
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the work order. |
Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the work order was last modified. |
