View Work Order – A summary of the activity
This activity allows you to view the details of a work order that is already defined. You can directly enter the work order to be viewed or you can search for the work order by providing filter criteria in the “Select Work Order” page. The work orders are displayed in the multiline from which you can select the work order whose details you want to view. You can view the details of the work order in the “WO – Tasks” page.
You can also view the details of the history for the selected work order in this activity. Whenever an action is performed on a work order, its status changes accordingly. The system records these status changes as the history details of the work order. The history details for the selected work order can be viewed in the “WO –History” page.
You can view the details of the tools specified for the work order in the “WO Estimates – Tools” page, the skills in the “WO Estimates – Labor” page, spares in the “WO Estimates – Spares and Consumables” page and other resources in the “WO Estimates – Other Resources” page. You can view the problems and the reference documents based on which the work order is raised in the “WO – Failure Information” and the “WO References” pages. The cost details of the work order can be viewed in the “WO – Cost Information” page and the procedures that are attached to the work order can be viewed in the “WO – Attached Procedures” page. You can also view the work order hierarchy in the “Sub Work Orders” page.
