In this page, you can view the problems for which the work order is raised. You can view the major problem and the various other problems for which the work order is raised. Details of the problems such as the problem code, its description and the additional information about the problems are displayed.
Select the “Problems” link from the bottom of the “View Work Order” page.
The “Problems” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

The date on which the work order was created. |

The status of the work order. |
WO On |
The maintainable object on which the work order is created, which can be “Equipment” or “Location”. |
Code |
The identifier of the equipment or location on which the work order is raised. |
The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside. |

Work Group |
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order. |
Total Est. Cost |
The total estimated cost of skills that is specified for the work order. |
Major Problem |
The major problem for which the work order is being created. |
The description of the problem was displayed alongside. |

Any additional information about the problem. |

The system retrieves in the “Other Problems” multiline, the problems for which the work order was raised:
