Viewing the sub work orders of the work order

In this page, you can view the work order hierarchy. Tell me more.

Select the “Sub Work Orders” link from the bottom of the “View Work Order” page.

The “Sub Work Orders” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

WO No.	The work order for which the sub work orders have to be viewed.
WO Status	The status of the work order.
Desc.	The description of the work order.
	Zoom facility available
Belongs To	The parent work order.

The system retrieves in the “Sub-WO” multiline, the child work orders that are in the next level in the hierarchy to the work order displayed in the “Work Order” field.

Click the “Move Up the Hierarchy” pushbutton” to view the work orders that are in the previous level in the hierarchy.

Note: The system refreshes the “Work Order:” field with its parent work order and retrieves all its immediate sub work orders in the multiline.

The system displays the following fields in the “Sub Work Orders” multiline:

WO No.	The sub work order of the work order displayed in the “Work Order No” field.
Desc.	The description of the work order.
WO Status	The status of the work order.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the work order for which you wish to view the sub work orders.
Click the “Move Down the Hierarchy” pushbutton to view the sub work orders of the selected work order.

Note: The system refreshes the “Work Order No” field with the work order selected in the multiline and retrieves all its immediate sub work orders in the multiline. The system also refreshes the “Description”, “WO Status” and the “Belong To” fields.

Viewing the sub work orders of the work order – An overview

In this page, you can view the work order hierarchy. You can traverse down the hierarchy and view the sub work orders of the work order selected in the “View Work Order” page and in turn view the sub work orders for each of the work order. You can traverse up the hierarchy and view the parent work order of the selected work order. The system displays the details of the work orders in each level by displaying the work order number, its description and status.
