The system displays the details of the work order history such as the action performed on the work order. Tell me more.

The “Document History” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

WO No.

The work order for which tools have to be specified.

Date

The date on which the work order was created.

Desc.

The description of the work order.

 

Zoom facility available

WO Status

The status of the work order.

WO On

The maintainable object on which the work order is created, which can be “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The identifier of the equipment or location on which the work order is raised.

 

The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order.

Total Est. Cost

The total estimated cost of skills that is specified for the work order.

The system displays the following fields in the “Doc. Status History” multiline:

Date

The date on which the work order is created.

Time

The time at which the work order is created.

Action

The action that is performed on the work order, which can be “Created”, “Modified”, “Approved”, “Canceled”, “Scheduled”, “Hold”, “Re-Scheduled”, “Initiate”, “Completed” and “Closed”.

WO Status

The status of the work order after the action was performed. The following are the various actions performed on the work order and the corresponding status:

 
  • Created – Fresh or Waitappr

 
  • Modified – Fresh or Waitappr

 
  • Canceled - Canceled

 
  • Approved – Approved

 
  • Scheduled – Scheduled

 
  • Initiate – In Progress

 
  • Hold – Interrupted or Deferred

 
  • Re-Scheduled – Scheduled or In Progress or Interrupted

 
  • Completed - Completed

 
  • Closed - Closed

Action By

The user ID who performed the action on the work order.

Remarks

Viewing work order history – An overview

View Work Order - A summary of the activity

The history of a work order is recorded automatically by the system as and when an action is performed on the work order. Whenever actions are taken on the work order, the system automatically records these actions and the status of the work order are recorded as the history details of the work order.

The system displays the details of the work order history such as the action performed on the work order, the user who has taken the action, the date and time when the action was taken and the status of the work order after the action was performed.
