This page allows you to view the spare parts that are specified for the work order as well as for the tasks belonging to the work order. Tell me more.
Select the “Spares and Consumables” link from the bottom of the “View Work Order” page.
The “Spare Parts Requirement” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:
WO No. |
The work order for which tools have to be specified. |
Date |
The date on which the work order was created. |
Desc. |
The description of the work order. |
Zoom facility available |

WO Status |
The status of the work order. |
WO On |
The maintainable object on which the work order is created, which can be “Equipment” or “Location”. |
Code |
The identifier of the equipment or location on which the work order is raised. |
The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside. |

Work Group |
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order. |
Total Est. Cost |
The total estimated cost of skills that is specified for the work order. |
Enter the following field:
Select Task |
Use the drop-down list box and select “Additional Requirements”, to view the spare parts specified for the work order. If you wish to view the spare parts specified for a task, select the appropriate task from the drop-down list box. The system displays “Additional Requirements” by default. |
The system retrieves in the “Spares - Std. Items” multiline, the standard spare parts that are specified for the work order.

The unit of measurement of the spare part. |

The number of spares required for the completion of the work order. |

The warehouse of a standard spare part. |
Est. Cost |
The estimated cost of utilizing the spare part. |

The status of the item. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Spares - Non Std. Items” multiline:

Viewing the spare parts specified for the work order – An overview
This page allows you to view the spare parts that are specified for the work order as well as for the tasks belonging to the work order.
The system displays the item number, variant and the item status and warehouse of standard spare parts and the following details for both standard and non-standard spare parts:
the description of the spare part
the unit of measurement in which the spare part is required
the number of spare parts required
the cost per unit of utilizing the spare part
the estimated cost of utilizing the spare part
the criticality of the spare part
