This page allows you to record the details of stock deliverables that have been produced while carrying out the work order. If the produced item is serial or lot controlled item then you can record serial and lot information for that item.

The “Lot/Serial No. Information” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Status

The status of the work order.

WO No.

The work order for which you wish to view the lot and serial number details (Alphanumeric, 18).

WO Desc.

The description of the work order.

 

Zoom facility available

WO Date

The date on which the work order is created.

WO On

The maintainable object on which the work order is raised, which can be “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The identifier of the equipment or location.

Description

The description of the equipment or location.

Planning Group

The planning group of the work order.

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order.

Line No.

Use the drop-down list box to select the line number of the item. Combo loads with line number which is serial or lot controlled item

The system displays the following fields:

Item Code

The code identifying the item of the work order.

Variant

The variant code of the item.

Warehouse

The warehouse where the item is to be stocked.

Item Status

The status of the item as defined in stock delivery actuals activity.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the work order.

Scheduled Qty.

The scheduled quantity specified for the work order.

Produced Qty.

The number of items that are fabricated.

Received Qty.

The number of items that are received by the work order.

Serial No.

The serial number of the item. Applicable if the item is serial controlled.

Lot No.

The number of the lot.  Applicable if the item is lot controlled.

SubLot No.

The number of the sublot. Applicable if the item is lot controlled.

Produced Quantity

Enter number of items that are produced.

Receipt Quantity

Displays number of items that are has to be received.

Receipt Status

Displays the status of the receipt.

As of Date

The date on which the quantity is received for the work order (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered is not later the current system date. If you leave the field blank, the system displays by default the current system date.

Time

The time on which the quantity is received for the work order (Date Format). Ensure that the time entered here is not later than the current system time. If you leave this field blank, the system displays by default the current system time.
