View Work Order Progress – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view the progress made in a work order. You can select the work order and view the details of progress made in this page.

You can select a work order by carrying out a search based on the following fields:

• the work order number and its description

• the status of the work order

• the maintainable object which can be equipment or location, for which the work order has been created

• the identifier of the equipment or location

• the planning group of the work order

• the type, category and priority of the work order

• the location of the equipment on which the work order is raised

• the work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order

• the reference documents based on which the work order is raised

• the dates within which the work order is scheduled to start

• the date on which the work on the work order was actually started

Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the completion details of the work order.
