Viewing parts actuals for every spare part utilized for the work order

View Spare Part Actuals

In this page you can view the consumption details of every spare part in detail. You can view the spare part details of every serial number of a specific item and variant combination. You can view the details such as the consumed quantity of spare parts as on a specific date and time.

Select the “View Spare Part Actuals” link from the bottom of the “View Parts Actuals” page.

The “View Spare Part Actuals” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

WO No.	The work order for which parts actuals must be recorded.
	The description of the work order is displayed alongside.
	Zoom facility available
WO Status	The status of the work order.

Enter the following fields:

Actuals On	Use the drop-down list box and select “Work Order”, to view the parts that are utilized for the work order. If you wish to view parts for the tasks belonging to the work order, select the appropriate task from the drop-down list box. The system displays “Work Order” by default.
Item Code	Use the drop-down list box to select the item for which actuals are recorded. The system fills in all the items that are specified as requirements for the work order and which are issued to the work order through serial numbers or lot numbers.
Variant	Use the drop-down list box to specify the variant of the item for which actuals must be viewed. The system fills in all the variants of the item that are selected in the “Item” field.
The system displays the following fields:
WO On	The maintainable object on which the work order is raised, which can be “Equipment” or “Location”.
Code	The identifier of the equipment or location.
	The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside.
	Zoom facility available
Planning Group	The planning group of the work order.
Work Group	The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order.
Sch. Start Date	The date on which the work order was scheduled to start.
Sch. Compl. Date	The date on which the work order was scheduled to complete.
Act. Start Date	The actual start date and time of the work order.
Act. Compl. Date	The date and time at which the work order must be completed.
Part Cost - Scheduled	The scheduled cost of utilizing spare parts for the work order.
Actual Parts Cost	The actual cost of spare parts consumed for the work order.
The system retrieves in the “Item Details” multiline the consumption details for every “Item – Variant – Serial No.” combination:
Item Serial No.	The serial number of the item.
Lot No.	The number of the lot to which the item belongs.
Desc.	The description of the “Item – Variant – Serial No.” combination.
UOM	The unit of measurement of the item.
Issued Qty.	The number of items issued to the work order.
Consumed Qty.	The number of items that is actually utilized for the work order.
Qty. Returned	The number of items that is returned to the inventory.
Pending Qty.	The number of items pending to be returned. The system displays this field for a standard spare part as the difference between “Issued Quantity” and the sum of “Consumed Qty.” and “Qty.Returned” fields.
Warehouse	The warehouse of the item.
Item Status	The status of the item as available in the inventory.
Posted Cost	The cost of the item that is consumed.
As of Date	The date till which the quantity is utilized for the work order.
Time	The time till which the quantity is utilized for the work order.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Transaction Details” link from the bottom of the page to view the transaction details of the standard spare parts utilized for the work order.
