View WO Actuals – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view the details of the actual resources that are spent on executing a work order. You can select a work order for which you wish to view the actuals in the “View Work Order” page. You can view the details of the completion of the tasks belonging to the work order in the “View Work Order Actuals” page.

You can view the details of the parts that have been utilized for the execution of the work order in the “View Part Actuals” page. You can also view the transaction details of the parts that have been issued for the work order by the inventory in the “Transaction Details” page and the details of part consumption for every spare part in the “View Part Actuals – Details” page.

You can view the skills that have been utilized for the execution of the work order in the “View Labor Actuals” page and the tools in the “View Tool Actuals” page. You can view the actuals of the other resources that have been utilized for the work order in the “View Other Resource Actuals” page. You can view the delays caused during the execution of the work order in the “View Work Order Delays” page. You can also view the down time of the equipment for which the work order is raised in the “View Equipment Down Time” page.

You can view the details of stock deliverables that have been utilized for the execution of the work order in the “View Stock Delivered” page.
