This page allows you to view the actuals of the tools that are utilized during the execution of the work order. Tell me more
Select the “View Tool Actuals” link from the bottom of the main page.
The “View Tool Actuals” page appears.
If you wish to view the tools utilized for a work order other than the work order selected in the previous page, enter the following field:

WO No. |
The work order for which you wish to view the tools that are utilized (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the work order. The description of the work order is displayed alongside. |

The system displays the following field: |

WO Status |
The status of the work order. |
|
The system fills in the “Actuals On” drop-down list box with the tasks belonging to the work order and retrieves in the multiline the tools that are specified for the work order. |

Actuals On |
Use the drop-down list box and select “Work Order”, to view the tools that are utilized for the work order. If you wish to view tools for the tasks belonging to the work order, select the appropriate task from the drop-down list box. The system displays “Work Order” by default. |

WO On |
The maintainable object on which the work order is raised, which can be “Equipment” or “Location”. |
|
Code |
The identifier of the equipment or location. |
|
The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside. |

Zoom facility available |
|
|
Planning Group |
The planning group of the work order. |
|
Work Group |
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order. |
|
Sch. Start Date |
The date on which the work order was scheduled to start. |
|
Sch. Compl. Date |
The date on which the work order was scheduled to complete. |
|
Act. Start Date |
The actual start date and time of the work order. |
|
Act. Compl. Date |
The date and time at which the work order must be completed. |
|
Assigned Tool Hrs. |
The number of hours for which the tool has been assigned to the work order. |
|
Actual Hrs. |
The total number of hours for which the tool has actually been utilized for the work order. |

The serial number of the tool. |

Qty. (Nos.) |
The number of tools utilized for carrying out the work order. |

From Date |
The starting date from which the tool has been utilized for the work order. |

The time from which the tool has been utilized for the work order. |

To Date |
The date till which the tool has been utilized for the work order. |

Time |
The time till which the tool has been utilized for the work order |
|
Hours Worked |
The number of hours for which the tool has been utilized for the work order. |

Desc. |
The description of the tool. |

As Of Date |
The date on which the details of the tool are recorded in the system. |

Time |
The time at which the details of the tool are recorded in the system. |
Viewing the tools utilized for the work order – An overview
This page allows you to view the actuals of the tools that are utilized during the execution of the work order. You can view the tool actuals for the work order selected in the previous page. You can also enter a work order in this page and view the actuals of the tools that are utilized during its execution. You can view the actuals of the tools that are utilized for the work order or for the tasks belonging to the work order.
The system displays the following details of the tools actuals:
the tool and its serial number
the period during which the tool has been utilized for the work order
the number of tools that has been utilized
the number of hours for which the tool has been used for the work order
