Viewing the processing details of a work log entry

This page allows you to view the processing details of a selected work log entry.

The “Processing Details” page appears.

The system displays the following details in the “Details of Work Log Entry” group box:

Transaction No.	The transaction number generated when the work log entry was processed.
Work Log	The work log for which the details are displayed.
Work Log Date	The date of the work log.
Reported Time	The time at which the observation was reported.
Observation On	The equipment or location on which observation was recorded.
Code	The identifier of the equipment or location on which observation was recorded.
Observation	The observation recorded in the work log.
Entry Status	The status of the entry made which can be “Open”, “Transferred”, ”Closed” or “Deleted”.
Processing Remarks	Any remarks that were entered while processing the work log.
Type	The type of the work log.
Category	The category of the work log.
Reported By	The login ID of the user who reported the observation on the equipment or location.
Work Request No.	If work request was raised based on the work log, the work request number is displayed.
Work Order No.	If work order was raised based on the work log, the work order number is displayed.
Processed By	The login ID of the user who processed the observation.
Date	The date on which the observation was processed.
Time	The time at which the observation was processed.
Recorded By	The login ID of the user who recorded the observations.
Date	The date on which the observation was recorded.
Time	The time at which the observation was recorded.
