Lot/Serial No. Information

This page allows you to assign lot and serial number information of lot and serial controlled parts allocated to the work order. The lot and serial number can be allocated to a work order, which is only in the “Scheduled” or “In Progress” status.
Select the “Lot/Serial No. Information” link from the bottom of the “Allocate Parts” page.
The “Lot/Serial No. Information” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

WO No. |
The work order for which spare parts must be allocated (Alphanumeric, 18). |

WO Description |
The textual description of the work order. |
|
WO Status |
The status of the work order, which can be “Scheduled” or “In-Progress”. |
|
WO On |
The maintainable object on which the work order is raised, which can be “Equipment” or “Location”. |
|
Code |
The identifier of the equipment or location. |
|
WO Date |
The date on which the work order is created. |

WO/Task |
Use the drop-down list box to select the work order or task. |
The system displays the following fields:

Task Description |
The description of the equipment or location. |
|
Task Status |
The status of the task. |
Enter the following fields:

Item Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the item. |
|
Variant Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the variant of the item for which spare parts are recorded. |
The system displays the following fields:

Item Description |
The textual description of the item. |
|
Schl Start Date |
The date on which the work order was scheduled to start. |
|
Schl End Date |
The date on which the work order must be completed. |
|
Planning Group |
The planning group of the work order. |
|
Work Group |
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order. |
|
To be Allocated Qty |
The quantity that is to be allocated to the work order (Decimal). |
|
UOM |
The unit of measurement of the spare part (Alphanumeric, 10). |

Lot No. |
The number of the lot to which the item belongs. |

Sub Lot No. |
The number of the sublot to which the item belongs. |

Serial No. |
The serial number of the item. |

The quantity of the item. |

The zone in the warehouse from which the item is to be allocated. |

The bin in the zone from which the item is to be allocated. |

Status |
The status of the item as it is available in the warehouse. |
Click the “Allocate” pushbutton to allocate the lot and serial number information to the work order.
