This page allows you to view the details of work order pegging. Tell me more.
Select the “View Pegging Details” link from the bottom of the “Reserve Parts” page.
The “View Order Pegging” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:
WO No. |
The work order for which you wish to view the pegging details. |
WO Date |
The date of the work order. |
WO Status |
The status of the work order. |
Enter the following field:
Task/WO |
Use the drop-down list box and select “Work Order” if you wish to view the pegging details of a work order. Select a task if you wish to view the pegging details of a task. The system displays “Work Order”, by default. |

Sch. Start Date |
The scheduled start date of the work order. |
The system retrieves the following pegging details in the “Pegging Details” multiline: |

Item |
The item for which pegging details are displayed. |
Variant |
The variant of the item. |
Problem? |
Indicates whether the scheduled quantity could be pegged before the work order scheduled start date. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”. |
Earliest Available Date |
The earliest date by which the quantity would be available. |
Sch. Qty. |
The scheduled quantity of the item. |
Doc. Type |
Indicates whether the item is procured by a purchase request or a purchase order. |
Doc. No. |
The number of the document. |
Warehouse |
The warehouse of the item for which the pegging details are displayed. |
UOM |
The unit of measurement of the item. |
Free Stock |
The free stock of the item that is available in the warehouse. |
Status |
The status of the item. |
Desc. |
The description of the item – variant. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box: |

Created By |
The login ID of the user who reserved the spare parts. |
Created Date |
The date and time at which the spare part was reserved. |
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the reservation of the spare parts. |
Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the reservation was last modified. |
Viewing pegging of work orders – An overview
This page allows you to view the details of work order pegging. You can view the pegging details for the work order or for every task that belongs to the work order. The system displays the following details of the work order pegging:
The item – variant combination of the item that is being reserved and its description.
The scheduled quantity of the item.
Indicates whether the quantity of the item that is being pegged is a problem quantity.
If the quantity is a problem quantity, the system displays the earliest date on which the item would be available.
The number of the purchase request or purchase order by which the item was procured.
The warehouse and the status of the item.
The free stock of the item that is available for reservation.
