This page allows you to view the details of skills estimated for carrying out the work order. Tell me more.
Select the “Estimated Skills” link from the bottom of the “Employee/Skill Assignment” page.
The “View Estimated Skills” page appears.

The date on which the work order was created. |
If you wish to view the skill estimates for a work order other than the work order selected in the previous page, enter the following field:

The work order for which you wish to view the estimated skills (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Help facility available |

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of estimated skills of the work order. The description of the work order is displayed alongside. |

Zoom facility available |
The system retrieves all the tasks that are specified for the work order in the “Skill Reqt.” drop-down list box and retrieves the skills estimated for the work order in the multiline:

Use the drop-down list box and select “Additional Reqt.”, to view the skill estimate for the work order. If you wish to view the estimated skills for the task belonging to the work order, select the appropriate task from the drop-down list box. The system displays “Additional Reqt.” by default. |

Skill Code |
The skill that is specified for the task. |

The description of the skill. |

Est. Duration (Hrs.) |
The number of hours for which the skill is required for the work order. |

Qty. (Nos.) |
The number of employees with the skill, required for the completion of the work order. |

Skill Cost / Hr. |
The cost per hour of utilizing the skill. |

Viewing skill estimates – An overview
This page allows you to view the details of skills estimated for carrying out the work order or for the tasks that are specified for the work order. You can view the estimated skills for a work order selected in the “Skill Assignment” page. You can also enter a work order directly in this page and view its estimated skills.
Details of the skills such as the number of hours for which the skill is required for the completion of the work order, the number of employees possessing the skill and the estimated cost of utilizing the skill per hour is displayed.
