This page allows you to view the details of other resources estimated for carrying out the work order. Tell me more.
Select the “Estimated Resources” link from the bottom of the “Other Resource Assignment” or the “View Other Resource Assignment” page.
The “View Estimated Resources” page appears.
If you wish to view the details of the estimated resources for a work order other than the work order selected in the previous page, enter the following field:

The work order for which you wish to view the resource estimates (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the resources estimated for the work order. The description of the work order is retrieved alongside. |

The system retrieves all the tasks that are specified for the work order in the “Other Res. Reqt.” drop-down list box and retrieves the resources specified for the work order in the multiline:

Use the drop-down list box and select “Additional Reqt”, to view the other resources estimate for the work order. If you wish to view the resource estimates for the task belonging to the work order, select the appropriate task from the drop-down list box. The system displays Additional Reqt.” by default. |

The date on which the work order was created. |

The resource specified for the work order or task. |

The description of the resource. |

Est. Duration (Hrs.) |
The number of hours for which the resource is required for the completion of the work order. |

Qty. (Nos.) |
The number of resource, required for the completion of the work order. |

Res. Cost / Hr. |
The cost per hour of utilizing the resource. |
Click the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page.
Viewing resource estimates – An overview
This page allows you to view the details of other resources estimated for carrying out the work order or for the tasks that are specified for the work order. You can view the estimated resources for a work order selected in the “Other Resource Assignment” page. You can also enter a work order directly in this page and view its estimated resources.
Details of the resources such as the number of hours for which the resource is required for the completion of the work order, the number of resources and the estimated cost of utilizing the resource per hour is displayed.
