This page allows you to view the workload as a percentage assigned to the resources. Tell me more.
Select the “Other Resource Loading” link from the bottom of the “Other Resource Assignment” or the “View Other Resource Assignment” page.
The “Other Resource Loading” page appears.
Enter the following field if you wish to view the loading of resources attached to a work group other than the work group specified in the previous page.

Work Group |
The work group for which you wish to view the loading of resources (Alphanumeric, 30). Ensure that the work group is already defined in the “Create Work Group” activity of the “Work Group” business component and is in the “Active” status. Ensure that the work group entered here belongs to the planning group specified in the “Planning Group” field. Data entry in this field is mandatory if you leave the “Planning Group” field blank. |

Note: If you have entered a planning group and have not entered a work group, the system retrieves the loading of resources for all the work groups belonging to the planning group.

The planning group for which you wish to view the loading of the resources (Alphanumeric, 30). Ensure that the planning group is already defined in the “Create Planning Group” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component and is in the “Active” status. Data entry in this field is mandatory if you have not entered a work group in the “Work Group” field. |

The date from which the work order is scheduled to start (Date Format). Data entry in this field is mandatory, if you have specified a work group or a planning group. |

The system retrieves in the “% Loading” multiline, the resource loading as a percentage for each day starting from the date entered in the “From (Day 1)” field till the date in the “To” field:

Viewing the loading of other resources – An overview
This page allows you to view the workload as a percentage assigned to the resources required for carrying out the work order. You can specify a work group or a planning group and view the workload of the resources for the period for which you wish to assign tools to the work order. The system displays the resource loading for each day starting from the date that you have specified as the start date till the end date. If you have not specified any end date, the system displays the resource loading for fifteen days from the start date.
The system calculates the resource loading as follows:
The total number of hours for which the resource can be assigned to work orders in a day is presumed to be 24 hours.
The number of hours for which the resource has actually been assigned to work orders on each day is ascertained.
The system calculates the resource loading as a percentage of the number of the hours the other resource has been assigned to work orders to the total number of hours for which the resource is available for assignment.
