This page allows you to view the details of tools estimated for carrying out the work order. Tell me more.
Select the “Assignment Details” link from the bottom of the “Tools Assignment” page.
The “Tool Assignment Details” page appears.
If you wish to view the work orders to which the tool other than the tool selected in the previous page, is assigned to, enter the following field:

Tool Code |
The tool for which you wish to view the work orders to which it has been assigned (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Tool Sr. No. |
The serial number of the tool (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Press <Enter>. The description of the tool is displayed alongside. |

Assign. Date |
The date from which the tool has to be assigned to the work order (Date Format). |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton.
The system displays the following field:

Assigned Hrs. |
The total number of hours for which the tool is assigned for the execution of work order on the date entered in the “Assign. Date” field. |
The system retrieves in the “Assignment Details” multiline, the details of the work orders to which the tool is assigned for the date entered in the “Assign. Date” field:

Work Order No. |
The work order to which the tool has been assigned. |

Task |
The task to which the tool is assigned. If the tool is assigned to a work order, the system leaves this field blank. |

WO On |
The maintainable object on which the work order is raised. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”. |

Code |
The equipment or location on which the work order is raised. |
|
Sch. Time |
The time from which the tool is assigned to the work order on the date specified in the “Assign. Date” field. |

Compl. Time |
The time till which the tool is assigned to the work order on the date specified in the “Assign. Date” field. |

Description |
The description of the work order. |

Viewing tool estimates – An overview
This page allows you to view the details of tools estimated for carrying out the work order or for the tasks that are specified for the work order. You can view the estimated tools for a work order selected in the “Tools Assignment” page. You can also enter a work order directly in this page and view its estimated tools.
Details of the tools such as the number of hours for which the tool is required for the completion of the work order, the number of tools and the estimated cost of utilizing the tools per hour are displayed.
