View Work Order Rescheduling History
This activity allows you to view the scheduling history of a work order. Tell me more.
Select the “WO Rescheduling History” link from the bottom of the “Schedule/Reschedule Work Order” page.
The “View Work Order Rescheduling History” page appears.
If you wish to view the scheduling history of a work order other than the work order selected in the previous page, enter the following field:

WO No. |
The work order for which you wish to view the scheduling history (Alphanumeric, 30). Help facility available. |

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the work order. The description of the work order is retrieved alongside. |

Zoom facility available |
The system displays the following fields:

Date |
The date on which the work order was created. |
|
WO Status |
The status of the work order. |
|
Work Group |
The work group, which is responsible for carrying out the work on the work order. |
|
Planning Group |
The planning group of the work order. |
|
WO On |
The maintainable object on which the work order is raised, which can be “Equipment” or “Location”. |
|
Code |
The identifier of the equipment or location. |
The system displays the following fields in the “History Details” multiline:

Scheduling Count |
The number of times the work order or task has been rescheduled. |
|
Sch. By |
The system displays either “Work Order” or “Task”. |
|
Task |
The task which is specified for the work order. The system leaves this field blank, if the “Schedule By” field is “Work Order”. |
|
Task Status |
The status of the task when it was scheduled. The system leaves this field blank, if the “Schedule By” field is “Work Order”. |

Sch. Date |
The scheduled start date of the work order/task. |
|
Rev. Sch. Date |
The revised scheduled start date of the work order/task. |
|
Compl. Date |
The scheduled completion date of the work order/task. |
|
Rev. Compl. Date |
The revised completion date of the work order/task. |
|
Task Desc. |
The description of the task. |
|
Scheduling Remarks |
Any additional information about the scheduling. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By |
The login ID of the user has created the work order. |
|
Created Date |
The date and time of the creation of the work order. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who modified the work order. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date and time when the work order was last modified. |
Click the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page.
Viewing the scheduling history of the work order – An overview
This activity allows you to view the scheduling history of a work order. You can view the scheduling history of the work order selected in the previous page. You can also enter a work order directly in this page and view its scheduling history.
If the work order is scheduled by “Work Order”, the system displays the following details of the scheduling history of the work order:
The scheduled start date of the work order
The scheduled start date when the work order was rescheduled
The completion date of the work order
The completion date when the work order was rescheduled
The reschedule count of the work order
The remarks that were entered on scheduling the work order
The system displays the following details when the work order is scheduled by “Task”:
The status of the task when it was scheduled
The scheduled start date of the task
The scheduled start date when the task was rescheduled
The completion date of the task
The completion date when the task was rescheduled
The reschedule count of the task
The remarks that were entered on scheduling the task
