This page allows you to specify the scheduled details of the stock deliverables. Tell me more.
Select the “Stock Deliverables” link from the bottom of the “Schedule/Reschedule Work Order” page.
The “Stock Deliverables” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

WO No. |
The work order for which stock deliverables must be viewed. |
|
WO Date |
The date on which the work order was created. |
|
Desc. |
The description of the work order. |
|
Zoom facility available |
|
|
WO Status |
The status of the work order. |
|
WO On |
The maintainable object on which the work order was created. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location. |
|
Code |
The identifier of the equipment or location. |
|
The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside. |
|
|
Zoom facility available |
|
|
Work Group |
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order. |
|
Total Estimated Cost |
The total estimated cost of carrying out the work order. |
|
Costing Method |
The method of costing that is specified for the work order in the “Options” activity of the “Work Order” business component. The system displays either “Standard Cost” or “User Specified Cost”. |
The system retrieves in the “Deliverable Items” multiline, the stock deliverables that are specified for the work order. You can specify more stock deliverables by entering the following fields in the multiline:

Item |
The item number of the stock deliverable (Alphanumeric, 32). Press <Enter>. Help facility available. |

Variant |
The variant of the item (Alphanumeric, 4). |
|
Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the “Description” field in the multiline. |
Note: The item and variant should be unique to the multiline.

Desc. |
The description of the item – variant combination. |
|
UOM |
The unit of measurement of the item (Alphanumeric, 10). Ensure that the unit of measurement is already defined in the “UOM Administration” business component of Ramco Corporate Solutions. Help facility available. |

Sch. Qty. |
The scheduled quantity of the stock deliverable (Decimal). Data entry in this field is mandatory if an item is specified in the “Item” field. Ensure that the quantity is not negative. Also ensure that the quantity is equal to or greater than the quantity that is displayed in the “Produced Qty.” |

Produced Qty. |
The quantity that is produced (Decimal). |

Cost/Unit |
The cost per unit of the stock deliverable (Decimal). Data entry in this field is mandatory if the “Costing Method” is set as “User Specified Cost” in the “Options” activity. If the “Costing Method” is set as “Standard Cost”, the system considers the cost that has been defined for the “Item – Variant” combination in the “Item Administration” business component of Ramco Corporate Solutions. |
The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Est. Qty. |
The quantity that is estimated for the work order. |

Item Status |
The status of the item in the warehouse. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the stock deliverables for deletion.
Click the Delete icon in the toolbar above the multiline to delete the selected stock deliverables.
Click the “Save” push button to save the details entered
Note: You can delete only those stock deliverables for which the “Produced Qty.” is zero.
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the work order. |

Created Date |
The date and time of the creation of the work order. |

Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the work order. |

Last Modified Date |
The date and time when the work order was last modified. |
Specifying the stock deliverables for a scheduled work order – An overview
This page allows you to specify the scheduled details of the stock deliverables that are fabricated in the maintenance department for the purpose of carrying out the work order. You can enter the following details of the stock deliverables:
The item, variant and unit of measurement of the stock deliverable
The quantity that is scheduled
The cost per unit of the stock
Specify the scheduled details of the stock deliverables
Specify the scheduled details of the stock deliverables
Enter the item and variant combination of the stock deliverable in the “Item” and “Variant” fields.
Enter the unit of measurement of the stock in the “UOM” field.
Enter the scheduled quantity of the stock in the “Scheduled Qty.” field.
Enter the cost per unit of utilizing the part in the “Cost/Unit” field.
Click the “Save” pushbutton.
