This page allows you to view the details of parts already allocated to the work order. You can view the allocation details for the work order selected in the previous page. You can also enter a work order in this page and view the parts allocated to it. You can view the details of parts that are allocated to the work order.

The “View Allocation Details” page appears.

WO

The work order for which you wish to view the allocation details (Alphanumeric, 18).

 

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of spare part allocation that is done for the work order. The description of the work order is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

Task/WO

Use the drop-down list box and select “Work Order” to view the spare parts allocated to the work order. If you wish to view the allocation details for a task, select the appropriate task. The system displays “Work Order”, by default.

 

The description of the task or the work order is retrieved alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

The system retrieves the following details in the “Allocation Details” multiline:

Item

The item that was allocated.

Variant

The variant of the item.

Warehouse

The warehouse of the item, which is allocated.

Zone

The zone in the warehouse from which the item is allocated.

Bin

The bin of the item.

Lot No.

The lot to which the item belongs.

Sub Lot No.

The sub lot number of the item.

Serial No.

The serial number of the item.

Allocated Qty.

The quantity that is allocated to the work order.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the item.

Item Desc.

The description of the item.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who allocated the spare parts.

Created Date

The date and time at which the parts were allocated.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the allocation.

Last Modified Date

The date and time at which the allocation was last modified.
