Allocate Parts

This page allows you to view the errors that are generated from running the MP. Tell me more.

• Select the “View Errors” link from the bottom of the “Plan Materials” page.

The “Allocate Parts” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Run No.	The run number for which you wish to view the errors that are generated.
Date	The date on which the MP was run.
Status	The status of the MP process that was run.
Desc.	The description of the MP process.
	Zoom facility available
Planning Group	The planning group for which the MP is run.

The system displays the following fields in the “Error Details” multiline:

Error Code	The error code that is generated.
Error Desc.	The description of the error.
WO	The work order for which the MP was run.
Order Category	The category of the work order.
Item	The item for which the MP is run.
Variant	The variant of the item.
Warehouse	The warehouse of the item required for the work order.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Last MRP Run By	The login ID of the user who last ran the MP.

Viewing the errors generated from running the MP – An overview

This page allows you to view the errors that are generated from running the MP. The system displays the following details of the errors:

• The error code and the description

• The work order number and/or the task for which the MP was run

• The item and the variant

• The quantity that was posted as a demand for the item

• The date on which the demand was posted

• The warehouse of the item required for the work order.
