In this page, you can view the details of spare parts that are allocated to the work order. You can view the details of spare parts allocated to the work order that is selected in the previous page. You can also specify a work order in this page to view the details of spare parts allocated to it. You can also view the spare parts that are allocated to the tasks belonging to the work order.
Select the “View Parts Allocation” link from the “Select Work Order” page. Alternatively, click the hyperlinked work order in the multiline of the same page.
The “View Parts Allocation” page appears.
If you wish to view the parts allocated for the work order other than the work order selected in the previous page, enter the following field:

WO No. |
The work order for which you wish to view the parts that are allocated (Alphanumeric, 18). Ensure that the status of the work order is “Deferred”, “Interrupted”, “Scheduled” and “In Progress”. |

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of parts that are allocated to the work order. The description of the work order is retrieved alongside. |

The system retrieves the tasks belonging to the work order in the “Task/WO” drop-down list box. The parts that are allocated to the work order are retrieved in the multiline.

Task/WO |
Use the drop-down list box and select “Work Order”, to view the parts that are allocated to the work order. If you wish to view the parts that are allocated to the task belonging to the work order, select the appropriate task from the drop-down list box. The system displays “Work Order” by default. |

WO Status |
The status of the work order, which can be “Deferred”, Interrupted”, “Scheduled” or “In-Progress”. |

Task Status |
The status of the task which can be “Scheduled” or “In-Progress”. |

Sch. Start Date |
The date on which the work order is scheduled to start. |
|
Compl. Date |
The date on which the work order must be completed. |
|
WO Date |
The date on which the work order is created. |
|
Work Group |
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order. |
|
WO On |
The maintainable object on which the work order is raised. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location”. |

Code |
The identifier of the equipment or location. |

Planning Group |
The planning group of the work order. |
The system retrieves the details of the spare parts that are allocated to the work order in the “Allocation Details” multiline:

Select the “View Allocation Details” link from the bottom of the page to view the allocation that is already done.
The system displays the following details in the “Record Statistics” group box:

The login ID of the user who allocated the spare parts. |

The date and time at which the spare parts were allocated. |

The login ID of the user who last modified the allocation of the spare parts. |
