In this page, you can view the details of spare parts that are allocated to the work order. You can view the details of spare parts allocated to the work order that is selected in the previous page. You can also specify a work order in this page to view the details of spare parts allocated to it. You can also view the spare parts that are allocated to the tasks belonging to the work order.

The “View Parts Allocation” page appears.

WO No.

The work order for which you wish to view the parts that are allocated (Alphanumeric, 18). Ensure that the status of the work order is “Deferred”, “Interrupted”, “Scheduled” and “In Progress”.

 

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of parts that are allocated to the work order. The description of the work order is retrieved alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

The system retrieves the tasks belonging to the work order in the “Task/WO” drop-down list box. The parts that are allocated to the work order are retrieved in the multiline.

Task/WO

Use the drop-down list box and select “Work Order”, to view the parts that are allocated to the work order. If you wish to view the parts that are allocated to the task belonging to the work order, select the appropriate task from the drop-down list box. The system displays “Work Order” by default.

 

The description of the work order or task is retrieved alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

The system displays the following fields:

WO Status

The status of the work order, which can be “Deferred”, Interrupted”, “Scheduled” or “In-Progress”.

Task Status

The status of the task which can be “Scheduled” or “In-Progress”.

Sch. Start Date

The date on which the work order is scheduled to start.

Compl. Date

The date on which the work order must be completed.

WO Date

The date on which the work order is created.

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order.

WO On

The maintainable object on which the work order is raised. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The identifier of the equipment or location.

Planning Group

The planning group of the work order.

The system retrieves the details of the spare parts that are allocated to the work order in the “Allocation Details” multiline:

Item

The item that is allocated to the work order.

Variant

The variant of the item.

Item Desc.

The description of the spare part.

Allocation Method

The allocation method. The system displays one of the following:

 
  • Max. Bin Level – Indicates that the allocation is done from the bin that has the maximum stock.

 
  • Min. Bin Level – Indicates that the allocation is done from the bin that has the minimum stock.

 
  • LIFO – Indicates that the item that has arrived last in the warehouse is allocated.

 
  • FIFO – Indicates that the item that has arrived first in the warehouse is allocated.

 
  • Latest Expiry – Indicates that the item that has the latest expiry date is allocated first.

 
  • Earliest Expiry – Indicates that the item that has the earliest expiry date is allocated first.

The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Required Qty.

The quantity that is estimated for the work order.

Allocated Qty.

The allocated quantity of the item.

Warehouse

The warehouse of the spare part that is allocated.

Reserved Qty.

The quantity that is reserved for the work order.

Issued Qty.

The quantity that is issued.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the spare part

Remarks

Any additional information about allocating the spare parts to the work order.

To proceed, carry out the following

The system displays the following details in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who allocated the spare parts.

Created Date

The date and time at which the spare parts were allocated.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the allocation of the spare parts.

Last Modified Date

The date and time at which the allocation was last modified.
