This page allows you to replan an MP. You can enter the number of the MP that was aborted or canceled before and run it again. The system runs the MP and displays the errors while running the MP in the “View Errors” page. You can also cancel or abort the running of the MP in this page.
Select the “RePlan Materials” link under the “EAM Work Order Planning” business component.
The “RePlan Materials” page appears.
Enter the following field:

Run No. |
An automatic number that is generated for the process of running the MP (Alphanumeric, 18). Ensure that the status of the run number is not “Complete”. |

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the MP of the specified run number. |
The system displays the following fields:

Date |
The system displays the current system date. |
|
Status |
The status of the MP, which can be “Running”, “Abort” or “Completed”. |
Enter the following field:

Desc. |
The description of the MP (Alphanumeric, 150). |

Zoom facility available |
The system displays the following field in the “Plan Option” group box:

Run Option |
Indicates the mode in which the MP was run. The system displays either “Net Change” or “Regenerative”. |

Re-Pegging |
Check this box to specify re-pegging of items. |

Generate Action Messages |
Check this box to specify that the system should generate action messages. |

Planning Group |
The planning group for which the MP is run. |
The system displays the following fields in the “WO Sch. Start Date” field:

From |
The date from which the work orders that are scheduled are retrieved. |

To |
The date till the work orders that are scheduled are retrieved. |

Planning Horizon |
The period for which the work orders that are scheduled must be retrieved. |

The starting number of the work order for which the MP is run. |

The work order number till which the MP is run. |

Click the “ReRun Planning Run” pushbutton to run the MP.
The system performs the following:
The system replans the MP for all the items for which the MP was not run before.
If the “Re-Pegging” box is checked, the system deletes the already existing pegging details and pegs the items again.
Click the “Cancel Planning Run” pushbutton to abort the running of the MP.
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Last MRP Run By |
The login ID of the user who last ran the MP. |

The date on which the MP was last run. |
