This Help page allows you to search and select a region and transfer the details to the field where it is required.
You can search by specifying the type of region, the starting and ending code of the region and their respective description for which you want to retrieve the region details. The system retrieves the region details based on the values specified in the search criteria. The selected region is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Currency Code” field.
The “Help On Currency” page.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a currency:

Region Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the region for which you want to retrieve the Region details. It can be “All”, ‘Circle”, “Country”, “Factory”, “State” or “Ward”. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |

Region From |
The starting code in the range of region for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 5). The system lists the entire region that is greater than or equal to the value entered. If this field is left blank and the "To" field is entered, then the system retrieves the region starting from the first region till the region specified in the "To" field. |

To |
The ending code in the range of the region for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 5). |

The textual description of the starting code in the range of the region. |

The textual description of the ending code in the range of the region. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Region Details” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Region Type |
The type of the region. It can be “Circle”, “State”, “Country”, “Factory” or “Ward”. |

The code identifying the region. |

Region Desc. |
The textual description of the region. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a Region Type.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
