View OU Properties

This activity allows you to view the details of the organization units. You can select the code identifying the company and the business unit for which you want to view the details of the organization unit. You can also enter a date on which you want to view the mapping details. You can view the code and the description identifying the organization unit. You can also view the history of the date range during which the organization unit remained in an effective status.

Select the “View OU Properties” link under the “Organization Setup” business component.

The “View OU Properties” page appears.

Enter the following field in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Org. Unit	A code identifying the organization unit for which you want to view its properties. (Alphanumeric, 12).
As On Date	The date on which you want to view the mapping details of the organization unit (Date Format).
Desc.	A textual description of the organization unit.
Company Code	Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the company that has been mapped to the selected business unit. All the companies that have been defined and are in the “Active” status will be available for selection in the ascending order.
Business Unit	Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the business unit for which you want to view the organization unit details. All the business units that have been defined and are in the “Active” status will be available for selection in the ascending order.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the organization unit details.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Company Code	The code identifying the company.
Business Unit	The code identifying the business unit.
Org. Unit	The code identifying the organization unit.
Address Id.	The code identifying the address of the organization.
Desc.	A textual description of the organization unit.
Address	The address of the organization.
City	The city in which the organization is located.
State	The state in which the organization is located.
Default	The default location of the organization.

The system displays the following:

Created By	The login ID of the user who created the organization unit.
Created Date	The date on which the organization unit was created.
Last Modified By	The login ID of the user who last modified the organization unit.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the organization unit was last modified.
