Help on Entity

This Help page allows you to search and select entity and transfer the details to the field where it is required. The system retrieves the values based on the details entered.
Click the 
icon positioned next to the “Entity.” field.
The “Help on Entity” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the "Search Criteria" group box:

Entity Type |
User the drop down list box to select the type of entity. The combo is loaded with “Customer Adjustments Group”. |
|
Entity From |
The starting range of number identifying the entity. |
|
Entity To |
The ending range of number identifying the entity |
|
Entity Description |
The description of entity. |
Click the “Search” push button to fetch the entities.
The systems displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

Entity Type |
The type of entity |
|
Entity From |
The code identifying entity |
|
Entity To |
The description of entity |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select Entity.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
