Maintain Layout Schedule Mapping

This activity allows you to add user defined schedules to an existing Layout Heading. This Activity is applicable for the Companies whose base currency is INR. This page allows you to select the Layout Heading to which the user defined schedule is to be added. This activity also allows you to delete the user defined schedule code. However a Pre-defined schedule code cannot be deleted. But can be modified when no account codes exist for the schedule code in all the companies in the installation.
Select the “Maintain Layout Schedule Mapping” activity under the Organization Setup component.

Layout Option |
Use the drop down list box to select the Layout option for modification /updation of Layout heading. You can select from "Existing Layout Heading" and "Revised Layout Heading". The system displays “Existing Layout Heading” by default on launch of the page. |

Layout Heading |
Use the drop down list to select the Layout heading to which a new schedule is to be added. ‘All’ is also loaded in the combo. On launch of page blank will be defaulted |
Note: The Layout Option control will be visible based on available of at least one company in the installation with base currency as ‘Indian Rupees’ and the first financial calendar start date with legacy option as No before 1.4.2011.
On select of the layout heading all the schedules mapped to the selected Layout will get listed in the Layout Schedule Details multiline in the order of Schedule Sequence.

Note: To add a new schedule code, select an existing layout heading multiline to which a new schedule is to be added. Execute ‘copy and append’ task. Modify the schedule code.

Schedule Description |
The description of the schedule code. |

Schedule Sequence |
The integer specifying the order in which the schedules are to get displayed under the selected layout. The display in report will be in the ascending order of the sequence saved. |

Nature of Display |
Use the drop down box to select whether the newly added schedule is to be added or subtracted to the selected Layout heading. |
Note: Nature of Display of pre-defined schedules codes cannot be modified and saved. Nature of display modification can be done only to user defined schedule codes
Click the ‘Save Details’ push button to save the details.
On refresh the last saved details will get displayed.
