Maintain User Company Mapping

This page allows you to grant / revoke access rights for the users in specific activities such as AP Invoice Hub, AR Invoice Hub, AR Inquiry, GL Inquiry and AP Inquiry across for all companies in the installation
Select the “Maintain User Company Mapping” link under the “Organization Setup” business component
The “Maintain User Company Mapping” page appears.
Enter the following fields:

Assign Rights By |
User the drop down list box to select the value whether the rights to be given by user or by company. |

User ID |
Enter the User ID if the rights to be given by user level. |

Company Code |
User the drop down list box to select the company for which rights to be given (The combo loaded with all the companies in the installation). |
The system displays the following fields:

Company Name |
The system displays the name of the company on select of company code. |
Enter the following fields:

Entity |
User the drop down list box to select the entity for which the rights to be granted or revoked. The combo would be loaded with AP Inquiry, AR Inquiry, AR Hub, AP Hub, GL Inquiry, FCC Hub. |

Access Rights |
Use the drop down box to select the rights. The combo would be loaded with Grant and Revoke. |
The system displays the following in “Set Your Exception Indicator” multiline

User ID |
The User ID if the rights to be granted / revoked |
|
Company Code |
The company for which rights to be granted / revoked |
|
Entity |
The entity for which the rights to be granted or revoked. The values could be AP Inquiry, AR Inquiry, AR Hub, AP Hub, GL Inquiry, FCC Hub. |

Existing Rights |
The existing rights for the user for the company entity combination. |
|
New Rights |
The new rights to be given for the user for the company entity combination. It can be grant / revoke |
