Work Order Register Report
This page allows you to view the various actual and estimated costs for the work order. The various cost details such as Total equipment cost, Material cost, Service cost, Miscellaneous cost and Capital cost for each work order is displayed. The report can also be generated based on the equipment number. You can enter the values in the filter criteria to print a report for a set of work order documents along with its details.
Select the “Work Order Register Report” link under the “Reports for Asset Life Cycle Management” business component.
The “Work Order Register Report” page appears.
Enter the following field details in the “Report Criteria” group box:

A unique code or identification number of work order from which the report has to be generated. |

A unique code or identification number of work order until which the report has to be generated. |

Equipment Code |
A unique code identifying the equipment as defined in the work order. |
|
Equipment Description |
The detailed description of equipment. |
|
Location Code |
A unique code identifying the location in which the work order is assigned. |
|
Location Description |
The detailed description of location. |
|
Work Group |
A unique code identifying the work group. |
|
Planning Group |
A unique code identifying the work group. |
|
From Date |
The starting date range from which the work order details has to be retrieved. |
|
To Date |
The ending date until which the work order details has to be retrieved. |
For viewing the report
Click the “Print” pushbutton to view the work order register report details.
The system generates the work order register report.
