Equipment MTBF/MTTR Report

In this activity, you can generate a report listing out the planned and unplanned maintenance on equipment stressing on the key metrics such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Failure Rate. The report details are generated based on selected parameters such as equipment/location, criticality, failure group, classification, sub classification and the period within which the report was prepared.
Select the “Equipment MTBF/MTTR Report” link under the “Reports For EAM Setup” business component.
The “Equipment MTBF/MTTR Report” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Report Criteria” group box:

Report On |
Use the drop-down list box to select the report. The combo is loaded with the options “Equipment” and “Location”. |

Equipment / Location |
The identifier of the equipment or location. You can enter the equipment or location code in full or specify it partially. |

Criticality |
Use the drop-down list box to select the criticality of the failure. The combo is loaded with the values “Blank”, “Critical”, “Low” and “Medium”. |

Failure Group |
The failure group of equipments or locations. |
|
Classification |
The classification to which the equipment belongs. You can enter the classification in full or specify it partially. |

Sub Classification |
The sub-classification to which the equipment belongs. You can enter the sub-classification in full or specify it partially. |

Period From |
The starting date from which you wish to view the equipment movements that has happened. |
|
Period To |
The date till which you wish to view the equipment movements that has happened. |

Group By |
Use the drop-down list to specify the order in which the entries in the report will be grouped. The combo is loaded with the options “Criticality”, “Failure Group” and “Classification”. |
Click the “View Report” link to generate the report.
