This Help page allows you to search the Cargo Clearance number and transfer the same to the required field.

You can carry out the search using the range of cargo clearance number, cargo clearance date, PO number, status and the duty type. Based on the search criteria specified, the system displays the details in the multiline.

The “Help On Cargo Clearance No” page appears.

CC No. From

The starting number in the range of cargo clearance number from which the details are to be fetched.

CC No. To

The ending number in the range of cargo clearance number until which the details are to be fetched.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the cargo clearance document by which the details are to be fetched. The combo is loaded with values “Deleted”, “Draft”,” Fresh”, “Frozen” and “All”.

CC Date From

The starting date in the range of cargo clearance date from which the details are to be fetched.

CC Date To

The ending date in the range of cargo clearance date until which the details are to  be fetched.

PO No.

The number identifying the purchase order of the cargo by which the details are to be fetched.

Duty Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the duty type by which the details are to be fetched. The combo is loaded with values “All”, “Under Bond” and “Under Duty”.

The system displays the following in the multiline:

CC No.

The number identifying the cargo clearance.

CC Date

The date of cargo clearance.

Status

Indicates the status of the cargo clearance document.

PO No.

The number identifying the purchase order of the cargo.

Duty Type

Indicates the type of duty.

The system transfers the details to the required page.
