What you can do in this activity

 

Through this activity, you can maintain the skills acquired by the employee.

To record information pertaining to the various skills, you must select the skill type. Following this, you are to specify a unique code of the skill and a description for the same. Also, you can indicate the rate at which the skill is possessed by the employee and the minimum desired level at which the employee must possess the skill.  

You can also modify the recorded details pertaining to the skills possessed by the employee, through this activity.

Further, the details pertaining to the person who has created or modified the details along with the latest date on which it was modified is displayed in this activity.
