This page allows you to retrieve the list of user name that are already defined.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “User Name” field in the User Employee Mapping page.
The “Help on User” page appears.
To specify search criteria, enter the following fields.

User Name |
To view all user names containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these user names. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. |

Zoom facility available |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to view the list of user name records satisfying the search parameter.
The system displays the user names in the multiline:

User Name |
The name of the user. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required user name record.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
