Deposit/Advance Master– A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to define the deposit and advance details for the leasing of property and malls. Apart from defining the deposit or advance code, you can specify the type to which it belongs whether it is a deposit or an advance. The purpose of the deposit/advance code can be either “Corporate Lease” or “Mall Lease” or both. Advance will be adjusted against rent. But deposits are either refundable or non-refundable. In the event of refundable deposits, schedules are generated based on the Payment Plan mapped to it.
