Payment Plan Details– A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to define the pay plan for sales and lease. In the case of sales, the pay plan is attached to component/rebate/charge whereas for lease it is deposit. Every payment plan is mapped to a pay plan type. Also the basis for an installment can be %, a flat amount or a factor of component (only in case of lease).Principal and interest portion are captured separately. The anchor for a stage can be booking date, blank (in such a case, completion date will be specified through ‘Maintain Stage Details’ activity) or an earlier stage in the same pay plan (E.g. ‘Completion of floor 1’ is 3 months after ‘Completion of basement’).
