Help on Component

This page helps you to search and select the component code for transferring the details to the field where it is required. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected Component Code with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Component Code” field.

The “Help on Component” page appears.

Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Component Code	The code identifying the component by which the details are to be fetched.
Description	The description of the component by which the details are to be fetched.
Component Type	Use the drop-down list box to specify the component type by which the details are to be fetched. The combo is loaded with options “Plan” and “Non Plan”.
Purpose	Use the drop-down list box to specify the purpose of the component by which the details are to be fetched. The combo is loaded with options “Sales” ‘Corporate Lease” and “Malls Lease”.

Click the "Search" button to retrieve the search results in the multiline

The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.

Component Code	The code identifying the component.
Description	The description of the component.
Component Type	The type of component.
Purpose	The purpose of the component.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required Component Code.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.

The system transfers the selected Component Code and its details to the required page.
