Help on Deposit/Advance

This page helps you to search and select the deposit/advance code for transferring the details to the field where it is required. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected Deposit/Advance Code with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Deposit/Advance Code” field.
The “Help on Deposit/Advance” page appears.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Deposit/Advance Code |
The code identifying the deposit/advance by which the details are to be fetched. |

Description |
The description of the deposit/advance by which the details are to be fetched. |
|
Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether it is a deposit or an advance. The combo is loaded with options “Deposit” and “Advance”. |

Purpose |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the purpose of deposit/advance. The combo is loaded with options “All”, “Corporate Lease” and “Mall Lease”. |
Click the "Search" button to retrieve the search results in the multiline
The system displays the following details in the “Search Result” multiline.

Deposit/Advance Code |
The code identifying the deposit/advance. |

Description |
The description of the deposit/advance. |
|
Type |
Indicates whether it is a deposit or an advance. |
|
Purpose |
Indicates the purpose of deposit/advance. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required Deposit/Advance Code.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
The system transfers the selected Deposit/Advance Code and its details to the required page.
