Delete Properties

This activity allows you to delete the property details for a specific scheme. Based on the search criteria, the system retrieves the property details in the multiline.

Select the “Delete Properties” activity under the " Common Masters” business component.

The “Delete Properties” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Scheme Code

The code identifying the scheme. Mandatory

The system displays the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Scheme Name	The name of the scheme.
Scheme Type	The type of the scheme.

Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Property No From	The property number from which you to retrieve the property details.
Property No To	The property number until which you want to retrieve the property details.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the property. The combo is loaded with the options “Blank”, “Free”, “Hold”, and “Unsold”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results in the multiline.

The system displays the following in the “Search Result” multiline:

Property No	A unique number identifying the property.
Floor	The number identifying the floor of the property.
Block	The block name of the property.
Tower	The tower name of the property.
Type	The type of property.
Status	The status of the property. The status can be “Hold”, “Free” and “Deleted”.
Original Area	The original area of the property.
Unit	The unit name of the property.
Remarks	Any additional information or comments regarding the property details.

Note: At lease one row should be selected in the multiline.

Click the “Delete” button to delete the property details of the scheme.
