Help on Pay Plan– An Overview

This page helps you to search and select the pay plan code for transferring the details to the field where it is required. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected Pay Plan Code with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Pay Plan Code” field.
The “Help on Pay Plan” page appears.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Pay Plan Code |
The code identifying the pay plan by which the details are to be fetched. |

Description |
The description of the pay plan by which the details are to be fetched. |

Pay Plan Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the pay plan type by which the details are to be fetched. The combo is loaded with the values defined for the Pay Plan Type in “Maintain Categories” activity. |
Click the "Search" button to retrieve the search results in the multiline
The system displays the following details in the “Search Result” multiline.

Pay Plan Code |
The code identifying the pay plan. |

Description |
The description of the pay plan. |
|
Type |
The type of pay plan. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required Pay Plan Code.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
The system transfers the selected Pay Plan Code and its details to the required page.
