Help on Land Code

This page helps you to search and select the land code for. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected land code with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Land Code” field.

The “Help On Land Code” page appears.

Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Land Code From	The land code from which you want to retrieve the land details.
Land Code To	The land code up to which you want to retrieve the land details.
Status	The status of the land - Draft, Active, Inactive, Deleted
Land Description	The description of the land. (Alphanumeric, 250)
Nature of Land	The nature of the land being searched for can be entered.
City	The name of the city where the land is located.
Amalgamated Land	Select the checkbox to indicate whether you want to search for amalgamated lands. It is unchecked by default.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results in the multiline.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Land Code	The unique code that identifies the land.
Land Description	The description of the land.
Nature of Land	The nature of the land.
City	The name of the city.
Status	The status of land.

Click the “OK” pushbutton.

The system transfers the selected land code number and its details to the required page.
