Help on Sanction ID

This page helps you to search and select the sanction id for transferring the details to the field where it is required. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected sanction id. with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Sanction Id.” field.
The “Help On Sanction Id.” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:

The sanction ID. from which you want to retrieve the details. |

Sanction Id. To |
The sanction ID. up to which you want to retrieve the details. |

Status |
The status of approval. |

Sanction Description |
The description of the land. (Alphanumeric, 250) |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results in the multiline.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

The unique code that identifies the sanction id. (Alphanumeric, 20). Mandatory |

Sanction Description |
The description of the sanction. (Alphanumeric, 250) |

Status |
The status of approval. |
|
Authority Name |
The name of the authority for the sanction. |

Approx. Cost |
The approximate cost for the sanction. |
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
The system transfers the selected sanction id and its details to the required page.
