The “Categories Master” page appears.

To create categories master details

Mode

Use the drop-down list box to specify the mode of selection. The combo is loaded with the values “Blank”, “Category” and “Sub Category”.

Scheme Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the scheme for which the IMS log sheets to be configured.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Scheme Name

The name of the scheme.

Purpose

Use the drop-down list box to select the purpose of the log sheet. The combo is loaded with a list of pre-defined values used for various log sheets.

Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the category of the log sheet.

Category/Sub Category Description

The description of category or sub category.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the log sheet. The combo is loaded with the values “Active” and “Inactive”.

Sequence No

The sequence number of the category or sub category.

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the categories master details.

Created Date

The date on which the categories master details was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who modified the categories master details.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the categories master details was last modified.

Note: At lease one row should be selected in the multiline.

To proceed, carry out the following
